A name or location entered in a search box goes directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and returns its results. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems.

The site identifies routes to Jackson County Sheriff's Criminal Records, Oregon courts, Oregon State Police CJIS, and the Oregon Sex Offender Inquiry System. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
